A Non-Profit Wellness Centered Community

Welcome.

Samaritan Center is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) wellness-centered community that meets the quality of life needs in Detroit’s eastside neighborhoods. We partner with tenants and other community organizations to offer vital services that spur urban growth and revitalization.

We Can HelpPartner With Us
a beacon of hope for

detroit’s east side

Samaritan Center is a unique blend of organizations who have a history of service to the disadvantaged and are committed to the continuing redevelopment of Detroit’s east side.

This joint venture involves Holy Cross Services, a Michigan-based 501(c)(3) public health agency, and SER Metro-Detroit, a community-based organization providing numerous education, training and employment programs, and economic development for Detroit residents and their families.

Samaritan Center has an extremely bright future and it will make a tremendous impact on Detroit’s east side as master plan improvements are completed. The Center will emerge as a community beacon, leading the way in proactive healthcare, education, childcare and overall physical and mental well-being.
