OUR STRATEGIC PLAN

The 2021 Samaritan Center Strategic Plan provides details about how it will achieve its long-term goals over the next 10 years:

• Becoming a true catalyst for change in the neighborhood that is reflected in a 25 percent improvement in employment, income, housing, education, and homeownership.
• Delivering a reimagined campus with a residential component and new developments that can generate more development in the community.
• Maintaining consistent 85 percent+ occupancy with tenants supporting the wellness centered community and allowing the campus to be sustainable through operating income.
• Recognition as a national model for a wellness-centered community.
• Establishing a $5M endowment.
• Recognition as a national model for creative financial options and public/private partnerships.
